Live Music, Delectable Drinks and Bites at The Deck

This summer, make sure that live music on The Deck at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is on your to-do list! Enjoy breathtaking views of the valley below as you sip on a cocktail and enjoy local musical talent. Is there any better way to wrap up a summer day in Jackson Hole?

The Deck: The Ultimate Unwind Spot

Located at the top of the Bridger Gondola, there are a couple of ways to access The Deck. If you’re feeling ambitious — or really want to earn that extra cocktail — you can hike up. Follow the Wildflower Trail from the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and enjoy just shy of 5 miles of beautiful trail traversing the mountain. After enjoying live music and delicious fare, you can ride the gondola down for free!

If hiking up isn’t your game, no worries. Just snag a sightseeing ticket (before 5 p.m.) or an evening ticket (after 5 p.m.) to catch a ride up on the gondola. The evening gondola is free if you have a sightseeing, Via Ferrata, Guided Rock Climbing, or Bike Park ticket from that day, or a summer sightseeing or Bike Park season pass, or select winter 2025-2026 season passes.

Take in the Tunes

There’s quite a lineup of talented musicians looking forward to taking the stage on The Deck this summer. While there’s no set pattern for which days will have live music, the opportunities are plentiful. Check out the lineup here:

Of course, this isn’t the only live music at Teton Village this summer; check out the exciting lineup of free performances at Concerts on the Commons, too.

Bites & Sips With a View

As you relax on The Deck and enjoy the live music, enjoy food and drinks from Off Piste Market.

Superbly sippable cocktails include the huckleberry mule (a mountain twist on a classic drink) and peach bourbon lemonade, with a hint of fresh thyme. If you’re still cooling down from a summer day, order the sloshie of the day. Also available are glasses of wine and refreshing pints (or pitchers) of draft beer.

Nibble on shareables like a charcuterie board or baked brie with pear and huckleberry compote, or try a Neapolitan-style pizza. Our favorites include the zesty Giddy Up N’ Burn (mozzarella, goat cheese, pepperoni, hot honey, red pepper flakes) and decadent Teton Truffle (mushroom, truffle, cherry tomato, arugula, chili oil).

The Perfect Transition to Evening

Whether enjoying live music at The Deck is your final stop of the evening before retiring, or it’s a pre-dinner relaxation spot to meet up with friends, it’s a truly unique way to wrap up a day of summer fun. Enjoy local music as the sun begins to set, sip on a refreshing signature drink and tuck into a tantalizing savory treat.

As the sun starts to dip behind the mountains and cast shadows across the valley, you’ll have the perfect view on a summer evening in Jackson Hole.

Melissa Thomasma

In full rebellion against the unpredictable climate of the Rocky Mountains, you can find Melissa on her Teton Valley deck grilling any month of the year. Typically in flip flops. Snow, rain, wind… no weather is too fierce. She’s a lover of peaches in any form, has a borderline addiction to arugula, and (strangely) has been known to drizzle soy sauce on pizza. But even more than she loves her stand mixer and cast iron collection, she adores cooking for her husband and two kids. When this Jackson Hole native isn’t scurrying around her messy kitchen, she’s probably outside floating the river, hiking, camping, fishing, or, well… grilling.
