Jackson Hole Marketplace, located south of town in the same plaza as The Bird, is a diamond in the rough. Inside the unassuming storefront, the market holds a deli, a liquor store, sloshies and local treasures galore. Chad Sheldon, the head of business development for Top Shelf Collective, is working on rolling out a rebrand for the Marketplace and getting geared up for a busy summer.
Top Shelf Collective is the umbrella group that runs Jackson Hole Marketplace, along with The Liquor Store and Wine Loft, the Jackson Hole Wine Club, The Vault and Jackson Hole Gift Baskets. VIP points accrued at The Liquor Store can also be accrued or spent at the Marketplace. The semi-annual Local Love sale at The Liquor Store, set to take place in May 2022, also runs at the Marketplace bottle shop.

The deli slings made-to-order sandwiches for lunch from their set menu, or build your own with a variety of meats and cheeses. All sandwiches are served on locally made 460 Bread. Add-ons for sandwiches include bacon jam, avocado or hummus.
The deli also offers rotating grab-and-go breakfast options from 8 a.m. until they sell out, which include breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The lunch grab-and-go case is stocked with wraps, cold sides such as chicken salad and rotating soups. Deli manager Lauren Busby also bakes fresh pastries like croissants, cookies, and brownies. A lunch sandwich special is available daily.

The liquor store is stocked with local beers, wines, ciders, spirits and six rotating sloshie flavors. The convenience store offers an array of local products such as free-range eggs from Howellin’ Moon Ranch in Hoback, Dinner’s Ready Cowgirl Salsa, Custard Mustard, Snake River Roasting coffee and both The Bunnery and Persephone granolas. So whether you’re heading out for a camping trip, you live in the South Park area, or you’re just looking for a hearty lunch that will satisfy you for hours, you’ll find most necessities at the Marketplace, and probably a few things you didn’t know you needed.
