Inversion Cafe Rolls Out Three Juice Cleanses

Spring is the perfect time to check in with your body, health and routine. It is a natural time of year to wake up and reset. That is why it’s a great idea to try a new juice cleanse from Inversion Cafe. Three different cleanse options are now available through the cafe.

“We wanted to create cleanse packages to offer some ease of choice when someone is trying to figure out which items to pair together to get the most out of their cleanse experience, based on their specific goals.”

Devin Bailey, cafe manager at Inversion

The Detox Cleanse is $57 per day and includes a detox shot with activated charcoal and maple syrup, a master cleanse made of lemon juice and cayenne, two cold pressed juices and a house-made almond milk with spices. The Detox Cleanse package is made for those seeking a reset and rejuvenating kickstart. It is designed to reduce inflammation and remove toxins from the body and the digestive system.

The Alkalizing Cleanse also runs $57 per day and includes a brain mineral shot with blue algae and maqui berry, a citrus juice, two cold pressed juices and a house-made almond milk with pea powder and collagen. This cleanse aims to reset your system to a more alkaline pH level, which has many benefits such as shorter recovery time after exercise, enhanced memory and better bone health, according to Inversion Cafe’s website.

The Gut Health Cleanse is $205 for a three-day program. It includes three gut health shots of apple vinegar and spices, your choice of six cold pressed juices, three quarts of broth (Lockhart Beef bone broth, Redbird Chicken bone broth, or mushroom broth), and three house-made nut milks. According to the website, this cleanse will help support the system that makes up your unique gut microbiome. The collagen will support the lining of the gut, and the juices will encourage healthy activity in the microbiome.

“The three-day Gut Health Cleanse came about from my own desire to work with problems associated with my gut,” said Bailey. “It is catered toward those looking to sooth various digestive issues.”

To sign up for a cleanse, email info@inversionyoga.com at least 48 hours before you would like to begin the program.
