We saw a need for the service here for both restaurants and customers. Large company delivery services don’t cut it in small niches like Jackson Hole. No one offers a localized customer experience.

Founded by David and Rebekah Waller in December 2020, Jackson Gold Menus is dedicated to providing customer service to both local restaurants and their customers. The service offers restaurants online assistance with things like website malfunctions or order errors, allowing more time for front of house operations. And it provides one-on-one communication with delivery drivers and customers about issues like delayed order times. Jackson Gold Menus is in constant contact with its dispatchers in order to provide all parties with a great experience.
Being a food delivery service in the time of COVID-19, we think about and are conscious of contactless delivery. Our customers are excited that they can still support our local restaurants and eat at home.

Download the Jackson Gold Menus app for free to any Apple or Android phone. The service offers an easy and efficient ordering process for pickup and delivery from some of Jackson’s favorite restaurants, including SUDA Izakaya, Moe’s Original BBQ (which is open through March), Koi Sushi and Poke, Cultivate Cafe, and Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. It even remembers past orders, providing customers with a quick go-to for favorite repeat meals. And for every order placed online or by using the app, a portion of the revenue will be donated back to support Jackson. That means that every order placed with Jackson Gold Menus, supports our community.

Jackson Gold Menus currently delivers within the town of Jackson, north of town to the airport, and south of town to Melody Ranch, with Wilson and Hoback available this spring or summer. Delivery fees are subject to change based on location, but range from $7.99 to $15.99. All orders include an automatic 15 percent gratuity fee.
We use thermal and insulated delivery bags. We want to make sure that the food is as close to just coming out of the kitchen as it can be when it gets delivered.
