It’s Oktoberfest Season

StillWest brings back annual Oktoberfest to celebrate four years in business.

For the last four years, StillWest Brewery & Taproom has made their mark at the base of Snow King with elevated bar food and delicious house brewed beer. It only makes sense to celebrate their four year anniversary by bringing back the Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. There is no ticket necessary, just bring your best drinking buddy and join the fun!

Mikey Agricola Stillwest
Mikey Agricola, Head Brewer at Stillwest, urges everyone to “come and get it!”

Come grab a stein of the limited edition Oktoberfest beer brewed by head brewer, Mikey Agricola. At an easy 5.5% ABV, this amber style lager is biscuity and toasty with a clean toffee finish — perfect for a fall day! Specially brewed for the event, Agricola says, “when it’s done, it’s done”. So get the Oktoberfest while it’s available and the taps are flowing. You can even fill a 32 ounce crowler to go to enjoy at home!

Stillwest Oktoberfest
Not a bad view for Brew!

The event will be filled with themed food and games, like a stein holding contest or what the Germans call, Masskrugstemmen. The contest is to see how long you can hold a full stein with a straight arm. Fun fact: the world record is 21 minutes and 17 seconds, challenge accepted! There will also be some giveaways, including 1 day ski passes for Snow King, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee!

If you can’t make the Oktoberfest event on Saturday, mark your calendars for the first ever Beer Tasting Event at StillWest, October 12, where they’ll be pairing beers with various dishes… more info to come! Wear your best lederhosen or dirndl and come celebrate the changing of the seasons with StillWest at their Annual Octoberfest this Saturday!
