Hayden’s Post at Snow King Resort is offering two specials on Easter Sunday. For breakfast, served 7 to 11 a.m., enjoy a creole style seafood omelet with crab, shrimp, crawfish, sherry and heavy cream, with breakfast potatoes for $23. Hayden’s will also be running an all-day special of slow roasted pork loin, potatoes au gratin, crispy brussel sprouts, finished with a pineapple mostarda for $32, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations can be made here
Streetfood at the Coach and their Victor sister restaurant Butter will feature a special brunch menu, offering mouthwatering dishes such as biscuits and gravy, ranchero chilaquiles, tres leches French toast and a Cowboy Bowl with coffee marinated smokey pork belly served over hash browns, with eggs and a croissant. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at both locations. No reservations, just an appetite is necessary.
The Bistro is serving a selection of Easter specials, in addition to the winter menu. Let The Bistro set the table for Easter celebrations. Toast with a mimosa prepared tableside during brunch from their new mimosa cart, or raise a glass of rose during dinner, a memorable celebration awaits.
