Cocktails to go…
JH Still Works: Grab a bottle of your favorite Still Works libation for easy at-home cocktails this season. And stock up on a variety of cold and hot beverages, including new flavors like Dem Apples, The Great Pumpkin, Ginger Chai Toddy, Reese’s Pieces, Dawn Patrol, The Drunk Uncle, and Mexican Chocolate Cake, to-go.
Teton Tiger: The restaurant is now offering the Bombay Buck, a local favorite, to go! The mix is served in a recyclable, and returnable, 32-ounce glass bottle for $35 plus a $5 bottle rental fee. There are eight servings in each bottle, and a bottle of Cock N’ Bull ginger beer is provided to top it off. The Tiger also offers a Thai tea to go. The 32-ounce cocktail mix is best served with two ounces of Jameson or vodka.
The Rose: This downtown bar is serving cocktails to go this holiday season. Each beverage order serves two-to-three people and is vacuum sealed for transport. Choose from classic cocktails like an old fashioned, made with Old Forester 100 proof, Angostura bitters, orange bitters, and maple syrup for $24, a Moscow mule, with Smirnoff vodka, lime juice, and house-made ginger syrup, and soda for $22, margaritas, made with El Jimador tequila, house-made curaçao, lime juice and orange juice for $24, or a vodka or gin martini, made with Smirnoff or Beefeater, Colin dry vermouth, and orange bitters, for $22. You can also grab a six-pack of Rainier, Montucky, Snake River Brewing Pako’s IPA or Jenny Lake Lager, or a limited variety of vodka, tequila, and gin bottle options to go. Appetizers and Dinner…
Bistro Catering: Now offering a holiday menu that includes your choice of porchetta, roasted Christmas goose, prime rib, matzo ball soup, and roasted beef tenderloin for your main dish. Choose from a variety of sides like sweet potato mash, braised cannelloni beans, herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, glazed baby carrots, marinated beets, and creamed greens. Add-ons include a charcuterie platter, creme fraiche, caviar and chips, winter salad, lobster bisque, foie gras torchon, and a giant potato latke. For dessert, order a quart of Chad’s homemade eggnog, a Christmas cookie platter, peppermint cheesecake, or Cream + Sugar ice cream pints. To place an order, call (307) 739-4682. Genevieve Catering: Christmas catering and preorders are available. The holiday menu includes your choice of three hors d’oeuvres, three salads, one entree, two sides, and one dessert. Choose from starters of charcuterie, lobster bisque, grilled oysters, butter poached lobster, duck pate en croute, parmesan and thyme savory cookie, wild mushroom and truffle arancini, and acorn squash puree. Entree options include short rib wellington, parmesan herb-crusted rack of lamb, and spiral honey-glazed ham. Jackson Whole Grocer: Has everything from the perfect holiday centerpiece, to pre-cooked holiday meals, entrees and sides for this festive season. Choose from a variety of meats and seafood to cook at home, or prepared meals, sides, starters, small bites, salads, sauces and butters, and don’t forget desserts and bread! From the bakery, find house-made dinner rolls and sourdough baguettes. And from the kitchen, pick from a variety of pre-made meals like havarti and smoked ham-stuffed pork loin (the loin is seasoned, roasted and stuffed with decadent havarti cheese); smoked ham with spinach and oven roasted tomatoes; prime rib roast, which is beautifully marbled with fat, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection; orange glazed grilled Norwegian salmon, glazed in a savory and sweet orange marmalade sauce; and honey glazed spiral ham. The Grocer also offers a vegetarian field roast with hazelnut and cranberry en croute. All Christmas orders must be placed by Dec. 21 at noon. Healthy Being Juicery and Organic Cafe: Offering a selection of holiday ‘alternatives’ for pre-order. Dairy free, wheat free desserts including pumpkin cheesecake, spiced apple cheesecake, key lime pie, Mochaccino cheesecake, chocolate mint cheesecake, tiramisu, and more. Full Cakes are $65 and serve at least 10 guests. Christmas pickup is Dec. 23.
Jackson Whole Grocer: Preorders are available for holiday desserts. Made from scratch in the bakery this season, choose from a holiday yule log, the perfect centerpiece, and apple and pecan pies.
Persephone: Now offering bake at-home treats from the holiday pick-up catering menu. From croissants to cinnamon brioche and cookies, and pre-made cakes and confections, holiday brunch and desserts have never been so easy. For brunch order the cinnamon brioche, or choose from plain, chocolate, and ham and cheese croissants. For the kids, pick from chocolate chip cookie dough, double chocolate walnut gluten-free cookie dough, and oatmeal cranberry and toffee cookie dough. Share a holiday cookie tray, and other sweets like the Persephone panettone, frangipane tart, chocolate bundt cake, and pumpkin bread with maple glaze, and homemade baguettes, and levain, or multigrain bread.
