Jackson Hole POP! has become a staple at summer events in the valley. The fine artisan popcorn is sold from the white and red POP! food truck at the Jackson Hole Live concert series; the Jackson Hole People’s Market and Farmers Market on the Town Square; at Music on Main in Victor, Idaho; and Teton Village’s Concert on the Commons.
The small batch, locally made popcorn offers flavors for all popcorn palates. Classics include the Grand Teton Theater Style Butter Flavor and Outlaw Cheddar Popcorn. Nothing is more reminiscent of a Jackson summer than their Campfire Kettle Popcorn or the I’m Your Huckleberry White Chocolate and Huckleberry Popcorn. Step out of the box with the Hot Pig! Chili Bacon Pepper Caramel Popcorn or the Salted Cowboy Caramel Popcorn.
However, our favorite new flavor is exclusively available at the Four Seasons Resort in Teton Village. There, POP! has launched a custom Teton Truffle popcorn. While POP! popcorn has previously been offered to Four Seasons guests as an in-room service, the new savory truffle and butter flavor is now available as a complimentary snack for patrons of the Ascent Lounge. There, guests can also purchase the flavor in retail bags for $9.95 to bring with them on the hiking trail, back home, or to give as gifts.
Recently, we’re finding POP! products available in an increasing number of area restaurants and groceries. Local stores selling POP! include Jackson Whole Grocer, Lucky’s Market, Bodega, Aspen’s Market, and Pearl Street Market. In addition, look for POP! popcorn at other local lodges and restaurants. Throughout the summer find free samples at Lucky’s Market, the airport, and the farmer’s market.
