Find Local Goods and Community Fun at the Winter Market Fest

Does the winter weather have you missing the Saturday morning summer farmers market, and fresh local food? The Winter Market is your answer. The first Saturday of every month through March at the Lodge of Jackson Hole Convention Center from 1 to 4 p.m., the Winter Market Fest is your place to find local goods – even when the snow is swirling. With vendors varying from prepared foods, fresh cheeses and locally raised meats and eggs, to personal care products and local beverages, there is something for everyone.

Bringing the same spirit and community connectivity that we love all summer, the Winter Market Fest (put on by the Jackson Hole Farmers Market) celebrates what our local community has to offer – even when there is snow on the ground! Whether you come to enjoy the drinks from Amrita Beverages, revel in the live music, or pick up cheese, grains and meat for your weekly shopping, there is plenty of fun, including for the kids! This Saturday, Jan 7, there is a pop-up imagination playground provided by the Jackson Hole Children’s Museum to help entertain the little ones while you shop.

The Winter Market Fest offerings tend to skew more towards dried goods, frozen items and local handicrafts; but the vibes evoke the summer market we all love. You can always find some local favorites like Jackson Hole Chip Company, Tram Jam and fresh yogurt and cheese from Squire Farm. In addition to the great eats and shopping, there is face painting, juggling shows and live music from Joe Hunt.
