The team behind longtime favorite Sudachi has brought an inherently Japanese experience to downtown Jackson with Suda. The Japanese-style bistro embodies the culinary team’s passion for Japanese cuisine, serving it up in a lively and interactive atmosphere. There’s no fusion here. Expect simple, authentic food, often in small portions or shareable plates. The large menu highlights a vast range of Japanese flavors and cooking techniques while showcasing the simplicity and delicacy of the food. Highlights include katsu (breaded, fried items), kushi-yaki (skewered meats and veggies), teriyaki, ramen (noodle bowls), sashimi (raw fish) and sushi.
