Choose from four options, the Taste of Tuscany, Bao Bao, the Teton Classic, and the Thrive Box, each filled with recipe ideas and the perfect fresh mix of locally grown produce.
Vertical Harvest Crisp Cuisine Boxes can be purchased individually for $25 or enjoy all four themed boxes with a weekly subscription. The Taste of Tuscany Box is the perfect starter kit for Italian inspired meals. Filled with zesty and herb-forward flavors, this box has the basics for a great pasta or any dish that begs for a pesto or tomato sauce. The Tuscany Box comes with homegrown Vertical Harvest tomatoes, pea shoots, and a Rev It Up petite greens mix. For Asian inspired entrees, try the Bao Bao Box, with just the right mix of zippy greens. The crunchy and spicy ingredients are perfect for ramen or stir fry at home. The box contains a Bao Bao blend of petit greens, a spicy mix of microgreens, and micro wasabi greens. The Teton Classic Box has everything you need to craft a delicious side salad or add fresh toppings to a burger or piled high sandwich. Simple, yet versatile, this box covers all your basis with tomatoes, a citrus blend of microgreens, and Vertical Vibrant petite greens.
