New West KnifeWorks is having its annual National Knife Day Sale in store and online from Aug 17 to 31. The sale will offer 20 percent off the knife line’s G-Fusion and Ironwood kitchen knives, and all outdoor knives, too.
The downtown Jackson Hole store, which also hosts an art gallery, will have knife sharpening deals (first knife free) and demonstrations on Aug 21. The locally-made knives have been called “as beautiful as they are useful,” by the New York Times.
