Enjoy the sushi creations of acclaimed Chef Hisashi Udatsu of Tokyo’s Udatsu Sushi, in the comfort of a Caldera House penthouse suite. Visiting all the way from Tokyo, Udatsu is known for his creative otsumami, traditional nigiri and rare Japanese sake pairings. He was trained in a Michelin star restaurant and is a favorite among high-profile artists, entrepreneurs and celebrities–and is sure to become a favorite of yours as well!
Just for this occasion, the highest quality fish is being imported from Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market. Indulge in wildly creative sushi rolls paired with a selection of rare sake. A “secret menu” of rare Japanese whiskeys and a ramen dish with fresh noodles and broth will be available as a la carte add-ons. Finally, Udatsu will have vintage kimonos from the Faruta Kimono collection on display and for sale.
