Wild Sage and Dovecote Winery are hosting a Wine Dinner May 14.
There are dinner plans, and then there are dinners worth planning around. On Thursday, May 14, Wild Sage at the Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa is hosting an intimate wine dinner in partnership with Dovecote Winery and it’s shaping up to be one of those can’t-miss spring nights in Jackson.

A Night Designed with Intention
The evening begins with a welcome reception at 5 p.m., setting the tone for what’s to come: a multi-course journey through flavor, craftsmanship and connection. Chef Hugo Goodwin will present a four- or five-course menu that reflects Wild Sage’s elevated, ingredient-driven approach. Think refined, seasonal, and quietly impressive.
Each course will be paired with wines from Dovecote Winery, with guidance from General Manager and Winemaker Cameron Porter, who will be present to walk guests through the pairings and share insight into the wines.
About Dovecote Winery
Based in Walla Walla, Washington, Dovecote Winery is known for producing small-lot, expressive wines that highlight both old-world inspiration and new-world character. With a focus on balance, structure and sense of place, their portfolio is designed to complement food, making them a natural partner for an evening like this.
Expect pairings that enhance each dish without overpowering it, creating a seamless dialogue between plate and glass.

Designed for Connection
With intentionally limited capacity and communal seating, this dinner is as much about the atmosphere as it is the menu. The setup encourages conversation, shared experience, and that rare kind of dinner where you leave having met a few new friends. In other words: come hungry, stay curious and expect the conversation to flow as freely as the wine.
Make a Night of It
Guests who want to turn dinner into a full evening can plan to stay at the Rusty Parrot Lodge with an exclusive offer: 10% off your room plus complimentary breakfast the following morning. When making a reservation, use the booking code CHEERS and present your wine dinner reservation at check-in.
