Located in Bondurant, Wyo., The Ice Bar at Jackson Fork Ranch is a unique experience you will want to bundle up for. The bar, constructed of 30,000 pounds of snow and ice, is a work-of-art offering drinks, snacks and a one-of-a-kind outing not to miss this winter.

Offering seven miles of fat bike and xcountry trails, a curling rink in the making and a gorgeous setting, The Ice Bar is the first-of-its -ind destination in the area. Just an hour south of Jackson, and 15 minutes from Pinedale, the bar is on a working ranch.
Designer Mary Gibbons, who created the winter-only bar, has worked on the original Icehotel in Sweden for many years. She designed a space that is inviting and interesting, pulling inspirations from the buffalo ranch where it resides.

Plans for February are still in the works but the bar will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in January. This Saturday, the Borealis Fat Bike World Championship race will begin and end near The Ice Bar.
In addition to the artful experience, don’t miss a crafted cocktail featuring locally-made spirits from Jackson Hole Still Works and Wyoming Whiskey, and Jackson Hole Winery wines.
