Sloshies and Maho’s To-go

Maho Catering is now on wheels serving up delicious meals every Saturday afternoon on the Jackson Hole Still Works parking lot. Guests are encouraged to sip a sloshie under the sun while enjoying Maho’s weekly creations.

This Saturday, Maho will bring back his New England style lobster rolls with freshly caught butter-poached Maine lobster on a lightly toasted fluffy bun. These rolls are heavy on the lobster, light on the sauce and perfect for anyone who wants a meal outdoors with plenty of space to socially distance.

To kick summer off, Jackson Hole Still Works creates rotating refreshing flavors to complete the meal. Last Saturday, they offered four different flavors:

Blackberry cobbler: Vodka based with black berries and lemon.

Lavender lemonade: Gin based with lavender lemonade.

Honey hound: Vodka based with grapefruit, honey and orange blossom.

Pearadise: Gin based with pear, ginger and lime.

Last Saturday, Maho sold out of lobster before opening the truck. To pre-order for this week, email dan@mcateringjh.com by noon on Thursday and follow @mahocatering and @jhstillworks on Instagram for weekly updates.
