Local foodies, travelers and owners of Streetfood at the Stagecoach and Butter, Amelia Hatchard and Marcos Hernandez, are excited to announce their next adventure: Wanderlust Bistro. This new Victor restaurant is set to open at the end of May at Teton Valley Resort. The bistro will combine a love of travel with flavors from around the world offering grab-and-go items and a custom food menu at the base-camp destination.
We want to be here for the people who are leaving on their daily adventures – whether they are on the way to the river, heading to the park, or mountain biking. We’ll get you ready for your adventures.
Amelia Hatchard, owner of Wanderlust Bistro
Teton Valley Resort, located off ID-31, offers a variety of accommodations including RV sites, cabins, tipis, glamping units, and tent sites for visitors looking to create the perfect American frontier adventure. Wanderlust Bistro will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service to visitors staying at the resort. Starting at 5 a.m., locals and guests can choose from a selection of grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options, perfect for an all day hike, river trip, or drive to Grand Teton or Yellowstone National Park. A custom food menu will also be available on site for guests to enjoy a causal breakfast, lunch or dinner poolside on the outdoor deck or in the comfort of their ‘home away from home’ at the resort.
We are here for the neighbors as well as the visitors, and we’re hoping the locals will come and enjoy it just as much as the people that are staying here.
Amelia Hatchard
A full-time baker will make croissants, cinnamon rolls, banana bread, and a variety of different pasties fresh from scratch daily. The bistro breakfast menu will include specialties from across the country including California overnight oats, Louisiana chicken and waffles, New England blueberry pancakes, Denver omelet bites, Hawaiian loco moco, and of course a traditional all-American breakfast served with eggs, hash browns, your choice of bacon, sausage, Virginia ham and toast. Be on the look out for speciality nights where diners can enjoy local favorites like Streetfood tacos and Marcos’s homemade paella.
Our food will be similar to Streetfood’s styles, global foods and flavors, and regional places, while incorporating the love of travel and the love of trying new things.
