After seeing the menu at FIGS, we were excited about the traditional Lebanese dishes they offer. While many of the menu items sounded familiar, some were unusual and are listed in their traditional Lebanese names. We turned to Hotel Jackson Hole General Manager Sadek Darwiche to find out how to pronounce some of the more unusual dishes. His family is from Lebanon and he speaks the language, so in the video below, he shares a few of his favorites.
