Made in their bakery, the base is their texture-filled rye bread, topped with radish butter, Lion’s Mane mushrooms, Szechuan chili oil and fresh herbs. All ingredients are locally sourced and Lion’s Mane is known for its benefits for nerve health, memory and focus. This is the perfect way to kick-off your day.

COWBOY – Cultivate Cafe

The Cowboy Toast at Cultivate Cafe is hearty, filling and 100% customizable. They have options for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. The picture features their vegan Cowboy Toast. Its base is a housemade gluten-free bread (option to substitute with wheat bread), topped with a chickpea pancake (option to substitute with farm fresh eggs), vegan mozzarella (option to substitute cheddar cheese), shitake cakes (option to substitute with elk sausage, bacon or jackfruit), fresh spinach, ancho chili sauce, garlic aioli, green onion and potatoes on the side. While there are a ton of ways to make this your own, the vegan version is incredibly satisfying. The French Toast at The Bunnery is a classic. Made with their homemade Bunnery Bread, this toast satisfies the sweet tooth.
