Toast to the Center for the Arts at the 3rd Annual Artful Meal

The Center for the Arts returns to Trio for the 3rd Annual Artful Meal, a five course meal and fundraiser on Dec. 8.

The fundraiser, which will benefit the Center for the Arts, will feature a unique, holiday-inspired fixed price menu, prepared and served by Trio staff including chefs Zachary Nelson and Mitch Wren alongside a creative wine pairing by Zachary Coffill.

“Trio and Local have been supporting the Center since 2013, and have been truly great to us,” said Anne Ladd, development director at the Center for the Arts. “We didn’t hold the event in 2020 but when we went back to them this year they were really excited to get on board and make it happen.”

From hosting the People’s Market, to bringing in artists for Music Mondays, the Center has been working hard to ramp back up to a full schedule of community events this year. The Artful Meal will take place at Trio on Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. The fixed menu will be $175 per person, or $125 per person without a wine pairing. The dinner will be capped at 50 people. RSVP by Friday, Dec. 3 to Paige Fery (paige@jhcenterforthearts.org or 307-734-8956 x131) to secure your spot.

“We haven’t found out the menu yet, but that’s part of the fun,” said Paige Fery, development associate at the Center for the Arts. “The Center is a true community hub; we wouldn’t be able to do it all without the support of local businesses and individuals and this event is a way to celebrate that and bring people together that love and support the Center.”

Stay tuned for more exciting announcements coming from the Center this week, including a full season of Center Presents concerts announced on Dec. 1. Tickets for the season will also go on sale Dec. 8. “We’re really proud of the quality of arts and culture we are able to bring to this little town thanks to our donors and community support,” added Ladd. “It’s wonderful to be able to get together again and celebrate that.”
