This Week: Trio’s Artful Meal is Not-to-be-Missed

Thursday Trio hosts its 5th annual artful meal to benefit Center for the Arts.

For the last five years, Trio has been putting together a show-stopping, four course wine dinner to help support the Center For the Arts. This year’s menu is matching to the season, featuring a multitude of local ingredients and tasty wine pairings perfect for the off season.

Trio

The unforgettable chef-curated meal will take place on Thursday, Nov. 2 at 6 p.m. at Trio. Chefs Zach Nelson and Mitch Wren are preparing a special seasonal meal. Course one will feature coal roasted oysters, course two will sample fresh burrata and fig over 460 Bread sourdough. These are only a small taste of what is to come over the entirety of the four course meal.

Speaking of courses, each one will feature a unique wine pairing specifically picked to match the meal. The event is limited to 50 guests and tickets are limited, so get yours while you still can! Tickets are on sale for $175 with the wine pairing and $125 without.

Trio

All of the will proceeds from the wine dinner will go to the Center For the Arts. The Center For the Arts is a community hub for artists, dancers and more a like. Reserve your seat by emailing events@localjh.com or calling Trio at (307)734-8038.

Don’t forget that other nights this fall Trio is running an off season special for Local’s featuring 20 percent of the bill until Dec. 15.
