Snake River Brewing is getting back to the basics. While the beloved Brew Pub undergoes an interior update, Chef Ryan Brogan and Chef Eric Navratil have been hard at work with a new takeout venture in town. Find Live Fire BBQ at 245 West Hansen and kick off 2021 with the perfect combination of fire, smoke, meat, beer, and camaraderie, by sharing some of the best barbecue around.

Live Fire BBQ, a Snake River Brewing and Navratil Craft Barbecue Production, offers curated smoked meats by the pound, an array of sides, and Snake River Brewing craft beer six-packs and single cans to-go.
Order a quarter chicken with a lemon-herb brine, smoked over hickory and apple, or pulled pork, cooked low and slow over hickory with a hit of Carolina vinegar sauce. Hand-cranked Snake River Farms Jagerwurst, and hickory smoked Kurobuta Pork Hunter’s sausage, or St. Louis ribs, dry rubbed and smoked over hickory and apple. Smoked brisket is now available all open hours!
Choose from a variety of homemade sides like Borracho beans, made with Rancho Gordo heirloom pinto beans stewed with Jenny Lake Lager, bone broth, salt pork, onions, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and spices, green chili mac and cheese, spicy pickled vegetables, potato salad, fried corn and cheddar hush puppies, kimchi, light, fluffy and buttery Parker House rolls, and Zonker Stout bison chili, filled with Durham Ranch bison and Mead Ranch beef stewed with peppers, onions, tomatoes, Zonker stout, beans, and spices, and served with shredded sharp cheddar and green onions.

All smoked meats are served with Texas BBQ and North Carolina BBQ sauce, dill pickles, sliced onions and Parker House rolls. Takeout orders can be prepared hot or ready to heat at home with the help of Live Fire reheat instructions. And if you miss sipping on a nice cold SRB brew, grab your favorite six-pack for $10.50 or a single can for $2.50 to complete the meal.

Live Fire BBQ is open for pickup Wednesday through Friday, from 3 p.m. -8 p.m. and Saturday, from noon- 8 p.m. Order online or by using ChowNow. Leave a description of your vehicle or shoes, depending on your method of pickup, in the special instructions box. Orders will not be accepted over the phone, or in-person. No cash payments.
