Savor the Last Sips of the Season at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

This is the last weekend to celebrate another season well-spent on the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The 2020 winter season will come to an end this Sunday, April 11. So grab one last cold beer, speciality cocktail, jello shot, or sloshie to-go from any of these JHMR eateries.

Use your lift ticket or season pass to ride the Bridger Gondola to Piste Mountain Bistro this weekend. Located mid-mountain, enjoy one last hot toddy of the season, or the Ye Old Fashioned made with Wyoming Whiskey. The Locals Only speciality cocktail is the perfect beverage for an end of season send-off, made with Great Grey gin from Jackson Hole Still Works, honey, lemon, grapefruit and Loose Boots from Roadhouse Brewing. Or start your day with the Piste Bloody, filled with Tito’s vodka, house mix, and smoked chipotle celery with a salted rim. For an even bigger and better bloody add shrimp or bacon. Piste is open Friday – Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Grab a beer or cocktail from RPK3 and soak up the view while sitting directly underneath the Gondola. Or snag one last round of jello shots to-go from Casper Restaurant. The bar at Casper Restaurant is open from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.

The Handle Bar offers a selection of American and International beers and whiskeys for your next apres beverage.

This is the last weekend for hungry skiers to grab a seat at The Handle Bar, located inside the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. The American beer and pub hall offers a wide selection of American and international beers, whiskeys and a variety of mixed drinks. The Handle Bar is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with happy hour from 4-9 p.m.

Named by Forbes as one of the top 10 apres ski bars in the world, Mangy Moose Steakhouse and Saloon offers a variety of hot and cold specialty cocktails. From the super margarita, a crowd favorite, made with hand muddled orange and lime wedges, Jose Cuervo, and triple sec, to the Jackson Hole Mule, Grand Teton vodka, fresh lime juice, Bundaberg ginger beer, and the Wilson Mom, made with Frangelico, Tito’s, Kahlua, cream, and a chocolate drizzle, there is something for everyone on the menu. The Mangy Moose is open from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. serving lunch and apres. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

And don’t forget The Side Stash at Mangy Moose offers all your favorite cold cans, sloshes, and jello shots to-go. Try a huckleberry Moscow mule, spicy margarita, or frose sloshie from Side Stash before it’s too late.

Located inside Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa is the Spur Restaurant and Bar. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a specialty house or spicy margarita made with jalapeño infused tequila, muddled citrus with traditional passion fruit or blood orange puree. Get your blood pumping with the Insomnia, vodka, Kahlua, cream, and an espresso shot, and when you’re ready Meet Your Maker with Maker’s Mark bourbon, ginger syrup, and lemon. And if you’re in need of a little ‘hair of the dog’ this weekend try the Bacon Bloody Mary, made with bacon infused vodka, candied bacon and house-made bloody mix. The Spur is open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Food and Fitness come hand in hand for this Central New York native. Coaching fitness is a first passion, but exploring new restaurants, sampling seasonal dishes and tasting fresh new flavors is a very, very close second. I love food and sharing a good meal with friends can be a highlight to any day.
