Detailed Information

Nora’s, located in Wilson, Wyoming, is where the locals go. Nora’s Fish Creek Inn opened its doors in 1982 and was an instant favorite among locals and visitors, who lined up for the famous Huevos Rancheros and plate-sized pancakes.

Founded by Nora and Marvin Tygum, Nora’s, as it is affectionately called, was subsequently opened and operated by Kathryn Taylor, Nora’s daughter.  When she announced that the local favorite would be closing its doors, Jackson businessmen Tom Fay and Eddie Opler purchased the landmark, and, with General Manager Delaney McGinnis and Dinner/Bar Manager Ryan Knaeble, have created inspired new menu items, added dinner service seven days a week and have established an exciting bar program.   Nora’s has been voted the Best Breakfast in the “Best of JH” for several years, received a James Beard Award in 2012, and was also featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri in 2014.
