Offering an exquisite dining experience with a modern approach, the culinary team led by Executive Chef Manuel Fernandez creates a narrative by staying true to Aman culture, global influences and the local Rocky Mountain terroir. Selecting from dynamic, exciting menus that feature seasonal produce, sustainably raised beef and wild game from the region, diners can expect the finest ingredients to be prepared with passion and intent. Meals are enjoyed in the Grill and Lounge, or alfresco on the Grand Terrace.
