Pumpkin Spice is Everything Nice

Where to get your seasonal fix in Jackson Hole.

There’s no denying it: pumpkin spice season is here, and it’s better than ever! And we couldn’t be happier to cozy up and indulge in all the warm, comforting spices of fall. Luckily, many of our favorite coffee shops and restaurants are serving up some creative takes on traditional fall treats.

From pumpkin cold brew at Cowboy Coffee, to vegan pumpkin cheesecake from Healthy Being, here’s a roundup of some of our favorite pumpkin drinks and treats around town.

Cowboy Coffee: Cowgirl Pumpkin Cold Brew

A fresh take on the classic pumpkin spice latte, this chilled beverage topped with pumpkin cold foam is a refreshing choice for a sunny fall day. Sky High gluten-free pumpkin ginger muffins are also available in for a hearty afternoon pick-me-up.

Snake River Roasting Co. Cafe: Pumpkin Spice Latte and Doughnuts

A double shot of espresso, steamed milk and homemade pumpkin syrup is topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon – this version is as classic as it gets. Go all in and order a pumpkin spice cake doughnut on the side.

Pearl Street Bagels: Pumpkin Bagels

Pumpkin bagels are back for the season! Nothing matches the subtle sweetness of a pumpkin bagel smeared with rich cream cheese.

Cream + Sugar: Pumpkin Ice Cream Sandwiches

We’re pretty sure pumpkin spice and ice cream sandwiches are a match made in heaven. Pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove sweet cream ice cream is sandwiched between Cream + Sugar’s signature chocolate chip cookies for an incredible fall dessert.

Cultivate Cafe: Pumpkin Spice Waffle and Lattes

What pairs best with a pumpkin spice latte? A pumpkin spice waffle of course. Cultivate tops their gluten-free and vegan waffle with a chai spice coconut cream drizzled with pumpkin spice syrup.

Healthy Being: Pumpkin Cheesecake

A guilt- and gluten-free vegan treat, there’s no shame in enjoying a slice of Healthy Being’s silky smooth cheesecake for lunch.
