New Dining Experiences at Familiar Places

Jackson Hole boasts a dining scene that never fails to impress, and some of our favorite restaurants have taken it up a notch by adding special menus this winter. From new après ski options to Sunday brunch, below you’ll find new reasons to visit some familiar favorites.

West Bank’s Après

Sidewinders West Bank Apres ski

Après the West Bank way: at Sidewinders West Bank. After a day on the slopes, unwind, refuel and recap the day with Sidewinders’ après ski menu, available daily throughout the winter season from 2 to 6 p.m. Sip on two signature cocktails, available for just $8, or PBR, which is served in a pint for just $3 or $12 pitchers. Of course, the menu also features a variety of snacks and shareables, including half nachos, chips and salsa, a half dozen wings, and pimento cheese poutine, all under $10 in price. For the perfect pairing, enjoy a one topping pizza slice and domestic beer for just $10.

Wilson Pizza Night

Nora’s Fish Creek Inn has been a Wilson icon since 1982. While the restaurant is most well-known for its breakfast, this year, under new ownership, Nora’s added pizza to its repertoire. During the winter months, pizzas by the slice or by the pie can be enjoyed out on the revamped patio while basking in the warmth of outdoor heaters, inside Nora’s from 5-9 p.m., or via online takeout order. Slice options include cheese, pepperoni, or slice of the day, while eleven specialty pies are on the menu, in addition to a build your own option.

Sam Simma

Raised in the land of casseroles and deep fried cheese curds, Sam Simma left rural Wisconsin for the mountains of Wyoming in summer 2012. Her appetite for adventure is the only thing that rivals her passion for food. She has always used writing to document and critique her travel and dining experiences. Her warmest memories among family and friends have been associated with the food that was at the center of the occasion. From staging cooking shows with siblings to perfecting turtle brownies with her dad, today Sam enjoys connecting people over food by hosting cookie decorating parties, wine pairing nights, and Midwest-inspired potlucks. A dessert fanatic, she has come to impress friends and family with key lime pies, Oreo bon bons, and Snickers ice cream cakes that are far simpler than they could ever imagine. Shhh! Don’t tell.
