Inversion Yoga Opens Sustainable Cafe

Inversion Yoga just celebrated the opening of the brand new Inversion Cafe, a sustainable cafe located inside their downtown studio and boutique. Alongside traditional coffee fare, the cafe will serve up a unique mix of adaptogenic lattes, superfood smoothies, elixirs and tonics, as well as a rotating selection of raw bites, breakfast jars, soups, salads and sandwiches.

The Inversion Cafe is located at 260 West Pearl Street.

The cafe aims to bring another level of health and wellness to the Jackson community, alongside the array of yoga, barre, and pilates classes offered every day of the week.

Building a cafe filled with organic, nutrient dense foods and drinks to nourish our community felt like the perfect pairing.

Devin Bailey, Inversion Cafe Manager who designed the menu

Bailey recommends the Yin Elixir, Morning Routine or the Adapt Brew, a few of her favorite coffee alternative latte offerings on the menu. “But don’t worry, our coffee is incredible too. Our customers have been really excited about the variety of unique, superfood rich and adaptogenic options that we have on our menu.”

Those attending classes will have the opportunity to skip the line and pre-order food and beverages, which will be ready and waiting for them after classes.

“Our intention with the cafe is to not only serve nutritious food, but to also cultivate a culture around food systems education and conscious consumption,” Bailey says. “We do this by sourcing and producing everything we carry and create at Inversion Cafe with great awareness, and will strive to communicate that with our consumers. We want to extend the opportunity to be interactive and curious about sourcing, ecological effects and social responsibility to all who come through our doors.”

The cafe will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the studio’s location on 260 West Pearl Ave.

Fall is a great time to get back into a yoga routine, with Yoga, Barre, and Pilates classes offered every day of the week, with monthly passes as well as package discounts.
