Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn will present a series of unique dishes featuring a special collection of caviars paired with magnificent Champagnes.
Markus Draxler of Solex Catsmo will discuss the various caviars and Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe will share his insight about the flavors brought forth from the Champagnes.
