Hatch opens for breakfast at 8 a.m. daily, and features a large assortment of breakfast specialties with a Mexican twist. From their banana-huckleberry blue corn pancakes to bacon and avocado tacos and delicious chilaquiles, its the perfect spot to either fuel up for a day having fun in the Tetons, or enjoy a later brunch after an early pass lap.
For lunch, start with the red pork posole and finish off with one of the many taco choices. They are served on fresh, house-made tortillas with a fresh green salad. If you’re in the mood for something a little heartier, try the enhiladas verdes served with your choice of meat, or their well known pulled pork burrito.
