Call us today to pre-order our famous sausage bierocks! Bierocks are available for pick-up at the brew pub hostess stand from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on September 30th & October 1st. 

Bierocks upon pick-up will be frozen with instructions on how to bake at home.

What’s a Bierock? 

A Bierock (or Bier Rock or Beer Rock) is a pastry pocket sandwich filled with cooked and seasoned ground beef, shredded cabbage, and onions, then oven baked until the dough is golden brown.
