North Grille at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club

Make the drive 10 minutes north of town to visit chef Luke Biewick and his North Grille culinary team. This past summer, with access to his own expansive greenhouse and his relationship with local farmers, cattle companies and butchers, the chef has really hit his stride. Chef Luke and his North Grille team are returning this winter with dinner service Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights beginning mid-December through the end of March. The dinner menu features dishes that let the ingredients really shine through. A subtle Mediterranean influence can be found in dishes created with everything from the bread to the pasta to the ice cream made in-house. But did we mention the spectacular Teton views?
