She was named one of Wine Enthusiast’s 40 under 40 in 2014\, a Sake Samurai in 2017\, and one of the International Wine & Spirit Competition’s Future 50 in 2019. \nThis event is very limited; we have roughly 50 seats total. The cost will cover a 16 course omakase for $195 and a 7 course namazake beverage pairing for an additional $100.
