It is the time of year to celebrate the holidays with friends and family and festivities. So at Dishing we have rounded up the events going on throughout the area over a few of our favorite holidays.
Christmas Happenings:
Provisions:
Spend more time with your loved ones than in the kitchen this Christmas! Let Provisions cater your holiday dinner by pre ordering through Dec. 20.
Trio: An American Bistro Holiday Dinner:
Join Trio for an unforgettable 3-course meal and optional wine pairing. With the wine pairing dinner is $175 per person or $115 without it on Christmas Day.
The Cowboy Bar’s Naughty or Nice Christmas Party:
Join The Cowboy Bar in celebrating Christmas. Holiday sweaters, pajamas and costumes are encouraged. This event is 21+ and free with a local ID on Dec. 24 from 8:30 p.m. to close.
Wort Hotel’s Annual Christmas Day Buffet:
The Silver Dollar Bar and Grill in the Wort Hotel is offering a festive Christmas Buffet. The spread will featuring all your favorite holiday favorites and is not to be missed. Reservations are required.
Ski with Santa Claus at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort:
From 10 a.m to 1 p.m., Santa Claus will be skiing the slopes on Christmas day. Keep your eyes peeled for him as you celebrate the holiday at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Christmas at the Jackson Hole Playhouse:
Join the Jackson Hole Playhouse for their Christmas show featuring comedy, music, food and fun. Happy hour and holiday photos start at 5:30 p.m, then dinner and the show follows at 6 p.m. throughout December.
Snow King Resort
Snow King Resort will be hosting daily holiday activities, such as movie nights, cookie decorating, and holiday crafts. Call the resort at 307-733-5200 for the daily schedule. Hayden’s Post will be featuring a $60 pre fixe dinner special for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Regular menu items will also be available.
New Years Eve Events:
The Cowboy Bar & Wort Hotel Parties:
Ring in the New Year at The Cowboy Bar and The Silver Dollar Bar. Live music and much more will be offered at these 21+ parties.
Snow King Mountain Fireworks and Torchlight Parade:
Starting at 7 p.m., Snow King Mountain will have their annual torchlight parade followed by fireworks. Don’t miss this annual Jackson tradition.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort:
Start off New Year’s Eve in Teton Village with a Glowworm parade at 5:30 p.m. for children. Following that, is a torchlight parade and a fireworks show!
Spirits & Spice Roast & Toast Sparkling Wine Event:
Celebrate the New Year with Spirits & Spice as you taste their favorite sparkling wines and Prosecco. Charcuteries boards will be served at this 21+ event on Dec. 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $20.
Mangy Moose Party with Zozso the Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience:
Celebrate the New Year at the Mangy Moose for the ultimate Led Zeppelin experience. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $100 for this 21+ event.
Snake River Grill New Year’s Eve:
Join the SRG for their 4-course meal this New Year’s Eve featuring a variety of locally- and holiday-inspired dishes, this meal is not to be missed at $165 a seat.
