Chef Enrique Olvera is bringing a taste of his world renowned modern Mexican cuisine to the Caldera House this winter, with a limited availability private dining experience. From Jan. 7-9, Chef Olvera will prepare a multi-course tasting menu for up to 12 guests in the Caldera House’s luxurious four-bedroom suite.
Chef Olvera, the talent behind Cosme and Atla restaurants in New York City, Pujol in Mexico City, and Damian in Los Angeles, is known for his imaginative interpretation and creative approach to Mexican fare, a master of both traditional and contemporary techniques that have earned him world-wide recognition. Cosme’s Chef de Cuisine, Gustavo Garnica and Sous-Chef, Luis Lares will join Chef Olvera, tailoring the menu to guests’ preferences, with an optional mezcal pairing.

Chef Olvera, who you may have seen on the popular Netflix series “Chef’s Table,” has an impressive portfolio of restaurants, from which he will gather the most sought-after menu items for his guests in Jackson Hole.
Chef Olvera’s pop-up follows the Caldera House’s collaboration last winter with Chef Masayoshi Takayama, part of the resort property’s commitment to bringing in talent from all over the world for unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
If you don’t go for the private dining experience, you can try something more casual when Chef Olvera and his team take over Southcable Cafe during his stay, offering an aprés taqueria and mezcal pop-up.
The experience with Olvera is priced at $18,000 for up to 12 guests. For additional information, visit here.
