Caldera House to Host Pasquale Jones Pop-Up

This March, Caldera House is set to host a pop-up event with Pasquale Jones, the acclaimed wood-fired pizzeria in New York City which has been recognized among the Top 50 Best Pizzerias in the US. This unique partnership brings together the culinary expertise of Ryan Hardy, the chef, founder, and CEO of Delicious Hospitality Group, and the stylish ambiance of Caldera House’s signature restaurant Corsa, promising an unforgettable dining experience.

Pasquale Jones opened in 2016 as the second restaurant by Delicious Hospitality Group after its critically acclaimed Soho restaurant Charlie Bird. Located on the historic corner of Mulberry and Kenmare Streets, Pasquale Jones features wood-fired food including neo-New York style pizzas, roasted heritage meats, handmade pasta and seasonal small plates.

From March 7 to the 13, this exclusive pop-up event will showcase a special menu complimented by Pasquale Jones’ signature playlist of hip-hop and funk. Guests can look forward to indulging in classics, such as the warm braised leeks, veal and ricotta meatballs, New York Clam Pie, and slow roasted pork shank. To ensure a culinary journey that tantalizes the taste buds and exceeds all expectations, Hardy will be joined by Beverage Director Theo Lieberman, who will be offering a curated selection of wine and craft cocktails.

Reservations for lunch or dinner can be booked through RESY. The restaurant will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., après from 4 to 5 p.m., and dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Prepare to toast to good food, great company, and an unforgettable experience.

Sam Simma

Raised in the land of casseroles and deep fried cheese curds, Sam Simma left rural Wisconsin for the mountains of Wyoming in summer 2012. Her appetite for adventure is the only thing that rivals her passion for food. She has always used writing to document and critique her travel and dining experiences. Her warmest memories among family and friends have been associated with the food that was at the center of the occasion. From staging cooking shows with siblings to perfecting turtle brownies with her dad, today Sam enjoys connecting people over food by hosting cookie decorating parties, wine pairing nights, and Midwest-inspired potlucks. A dessert fanatic, she has come to impress friends and family with key lime pies, Oreo bon bons, and Snickers ice cream cakes that are far simpler than they could ever imagine. Shhh! Don’t tell.
