Jackson Hole native Ashley DiPrisco can sell you a house and sell you on where to have dinner!
Ashley DiPrisco is a full time realtor from Jackson working at Sotheby’s alongside her father, Tom Evans. Before settling back in Jackson full time, DiPrisco frequently moved around as a military spouse. She now has two children and keeps up with the ever-evolving town for her job and clients.
Not only is DiPrisco a 2019 Sotheby’s International Realty “Agent of The Year” but she is also a lover for all things food. We asked her to share all her go-to hot spots in Jackson, and this is what she had to say:
What are your favorite restaurants on the Town Square?
I love Teton Tiger! The owner Ryan and I grew up together and were in the same graduating class.
Where do you go for a quick bite in Jackson?
What is your go-to bagel order there?
An everything bagel sandwich with turkey, greens, capers and the vinaigrette dressing.
What is your favorite dish in Jackson?
My favorite dinner is salmon. The Kitchen has an amazing salmon dish and so does The Gun Barrel.
What are your dinner plans this evening?
Tonight, my kids have swim practice until 7 p.m., and on those nights we usually do some sort of takeout situation. I think we are going to do Noodle Kitchen. My daughter loves their ramen noodle bowl and my son and I get sushi.
In town, which bar serves your favorite drink and what is it?
I have been loving sitting at the bar at The Bistro. The Rose French is my favorite. It is a gin and some sparkling rose with elderflower, which makes it really nice.
