Start your weekend with an energizing and rhythmic Vinyasa flow led by Erwin, one of Jackson’s most beloved instructors. These Saturday morning sessions are designed to wake up the body, build heat, and guide you into a grounded, connected mindset for the day ahead. All levels are welcome, and members can expect a thoughtfully paced class with great music, good energy, and a supportive community vibe.
About Erwin:
Erwin moved from Colombia to Jackson in 2006 and began his yoga journey after transitioning away from a sedentary lifestyle and working toward better health. Years into his personal practice, he attended a yoga workshop in Hawai’i and discovered both a deep love for the practice and a passion for teaching, especially within the Latino community.
Erwin brings passion, energy, a big smile, and fun tunes to every class. His flows are well-paced, uplifting, and accessible, making them a favorite for locals and visitors alike. When he’s off the mat, you’ll find him training for marathons, hiking the Tetons, or playing soccer with friends.
