New West KnifeWorks and Canewater Farm presents A Dinner for Slow Food in the Tetons

Join New West KnifeWorks at Canewater Farm for a thoughtfully crafted dinner created by Andrew Smith “Smitty” and New West’s skilled culinary crew. Celebrate the Teton Valley harvest with ingredients freshly pulled from the ground. In addition to guests enjoying a flavorful mealin a beautiful setting, all proceeds from tickets sales go to Slow Food in the Tetons programming.

Cocktails start at 6pm, followed by dinner at 7pm to include a multicourse, family style dinner inside Canewater’s barn, wine pairings, and farm tours.
