Check out The Rooftop Bar at The Cloudveil

Find drinks, snacks and views on this new, downtown hotspot (open whenever they don’t have a private event).

Long summer nights just got a whole lot better. Summer Evenings at The Rooftop Bar just kicked off on the roof of the The Cloudveil, an exciting new option for casual outdoor dining on Town Square.

The spacious rooftop deck features a nightly rotating menu, with a limited selection of creative sandwiches, pizza and tacos, along with a full bar from the chefs at The Bistro. And that is just the beginning. The sunset views are also a main event.

“The view is amazing up there,” says Fine Dining’s Kendra Alessandro. “You can look out over Town Square and across to Snow King. It’s a really unique option to hang out with friends during cocktail hour or grab a casual bite.”

Unique indeed; while there are plenty of options for outdoor dining around town, the new bar is the only rooftop spot to grab a drink or bite. Talk about the ultimate photo opp!

Couches and tables can accommodate large groups, a great spot to hang out while waiting for a table downstairs, or for folks looking for a more laid back option if they don’t want to make reservations (rooftop dining is all first come, first serve).

The Rooftop Bar will be open most evenings from 5 to 9:30 p.m., periodically closed for private events. Look for confirmation on The Bistro’s Instagram every day by 11 a.m.
