This winter Jackson Hole foodies have something to be seriously excited about: Jackson Hole Food and Wine is having its first winter event with special guest Tyler Florence. The organization’s Winter Fest will take place March 8-10 in Teton Village. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is one of the key sponsors, we wanted to provide all the details about the upcoming events. Here are the events that you can still snag a ticket to, but you better act fast as a few only have a couple of tickets left!
Big Wines, Small Plates

Held at Piste Mountain Bistro
This unique dinner experience will feature a series of small plates illuminating the magical synergy of food and wine. A panel of experts will take you on a journey of “winter inspired” culinary moments that influenced these exceptional pairings. Chef Michael Britton of Piste Mountain Bistro is collaborating with Chef Tyler Florence’s team to create a fabulous tasting menu brilliantly matched with a stunning collection of wines. Drew Neiporent will MC the event and panelists include Résonance winemaker Guillaume Large and local cattle rancher and snowboader Mark Carter, among others.

Held in Four Seasons Ballroom
This event offers guests an exclusive chance to taste a diverse range of après ski inspired dishes along with over 75 incredible selections of wine, beer, and cocktails. Local DJ Rocky Vertone will be spinning tunes to get you in the Après frame of mind. Look for favorites such as Spur’s famous 307 fries alongside The Handle Bar’s house-made charcuterie, while you sip on specialty cocktails made by Jackson Hole Still Works or one of Melvin’s craft beers. Hole Food Rescue will be on hand asking attendees to earn their drink by peddling on their blender bike. With food stations from other favorites like Sudachi and Il Villaggio Osteria, you are sure to not leave this event hungry.
3-4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 10

At this educational seminar and tasting, bourbon lovers will get to taste Wyoming Whiskey’s entire line. The tasting will be led by local lawyer-turned-whiskey-maker David DeFazio.
