White Buffalo Club Freshens up Mondays

On Mondays, the White Buffalo Club is combining fresh seafood with the fresh mountain air on their rooftop terrace. From 6 to 9 p.m. every Monday, the White Buffalo Club’s raw bar is the place to get your seafood fix.

raw barThe upstairs terrace is a gorgeous little space with seating for about 20 people. Arrive early, because these spots are first come, first served. Each week features different menu items, and the creations of a different guest chef. Enjoy oysters, sashimi, tartare, and more.  Caviar service will begin this week as well. A few hot food items are available each week, including mussels, edamame, and burgers. Pair your raw bar experience with a select menu of beers, wines, or anything from the full bar downstairs in the restaurant.

If you stop in for happy hour prior to your raw bar experience, don’t forget that the White Buffalo Club’s $10 burger and beer special runs from 5 to 6 p.m. Make the White Buffalo Club your Monday night hot spot, we certainly have!

Sam Simma

Raised in the land of casseroles and deep fried cheese curds, Sam Simma left rural Wisconsin for the mountains of Wyoming in summer 2012. Her appetite for adventure is the only thing that rivals her passion for food. She has always used writing to document and critique her travel and dining experiences. Her warmest memories among family and friends have been associated with the food that was at the center of the occasion. From staging cooking shows with siblings to perfecting turtle brownies with her dad, today Sam enjoys connecting people over food by hosting cookie decorating parties, wine pairing nights, and Midwest-inspired potlucks. A dessert fanatic, she has come to impress friends and family with key lime pies, Oreo bon bons, and Snickers ice cream cakes that are far simpler than they could ever imagine. Shhh! Don’t tell.
