Trio: Spin to Win

Jackson’s got another game going in town, and this one is guaranteed to save you money. If shake-a-day is more of a gamble than you’re willing to take and the standard off-season 2-for-1s aren’t thrilling enough for you, then head to Trio: An American Bistro this off-season for their fun, unique wheel of deals.

I have fond childhood memories of weeknight dinners being shared with my dad in front of the television watching “Wheel Of Fortune,” so when I heard about this promotion being brought back by Trio this month, it immediately brought a smile to my face. You don’t have to guess at any puzzles or get caught up in silly games with this offering. The game aspect only comes into play when it comes to paying the bill. It’s called “Spin to Win,” and it’s Trio’s creative way of getting people to come out to dinner during the off-season.

The wheel offers you a variety of money-saving opportunities, each completely worthwhile. So go ahead, and give it a whirl … you could win any of the following excellent savings:

  • ½ off all cocktails and elixirs
  • $25 gift card for your next visit
  • 2 for 1 entrees
  • Free dessert
  • Pay just the tip
  • 25 percent off the entire bill

The wheel will be available until early December. Have fun spinning!

Also in the spirit of fun and games, Local—which has the same owners as Trio—will be starting a trivia night Nov. 12, inviting teams of up to six players to show up to play from 6 to 9 p.m. Prizes will be sponsored by other local businesses. Sounds like a great way to spend the night!

No question, hiking in the Tetons and tubing the Snake River beats riding the sweltering NYC subway hands down. Plus, her off-season schedule gives her the freedom to indulge her passion for adventure travel and photography…and seeking out exotic, spicy cuisine around the globe. Jamie’s involvement in the food industry began in her high school days when she worked at a popular local bagel shop and it continues with her recent server’s position at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at one of the many great Jackson Hole restaurants seeking out spicy cuisine and planning her next trip abroad.
