RPK 3 Offers new spot for Lunch and Apres Ski

Living in a smaller town, we always celebrate a new restaurant opening. It is exciting to check out a new menu and new space. And when the restaurant opens at the base of Teton Village, where we have miles of trails to help work up an appetite, it is even easier to come hungry and try more new  dishes!

At the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, RPK 3 is located with a view of the tram in the old Nick Wilson’s space. But the location is about all that remains the same. The newly remodeled restaurant is no longer fast casual, but instead offers hosted seating and table service. Set up to accommodate groups of all sizes (big tables can accommodate up to 30 at a time!), this may be your new favorite gathering spot for lunch and apres ski.

On the lunch menu (served from 11 a.m. until approximately 2:45 p.m.) you will find an exciting selection of fresh burgers, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads and soups. Even more unique for mountain dining are the bowls, which offer something a little different. Think Brussels sprouts, garbanzo beans and kale served over rice with a ginger citrus soy sauce. Touches like marinating the chicken for the fried chicken sandwiches in pickle brine give the food an elevated feeling.

At 3 p.m. the menu swaps out for the apres ski crowd and offers dishes more set up for snacking and sharing until 6 p.m., alongside deals like $4 draft beers and $3 well drinks. Nachos, meatballs, curried chicken drumettes (try them!) and chili are some of the highlights.

Whenever you go, be sure not to miss the specialty cocktails and hot drinks. The spicy marg, loaded bloody mary and spiced cocoa are all standouts. For $10 or less, they are also a bargain for the base area. There is also an outdoor area with fire-pits for waiting and overflow seating, as well as a dining bar.
