Michael Wilson, the chef and mastermind of Rocky Mountain Cuisine is reverse-engineering the restaurant option and offers in-house dining and small party catering in and around Jackson Hole. Wilson, a snowboarder-turned-chef, worked under a James Beard-nominated chef in Whitefish, Montana before taking his career to the next level and completing culinary school at the University of Montana in Missoula. Since graduating, he has traveled throughout the world exploring various culinary techniques and local fare.  He draws upon this international exposure to food and flavor to create a business that is tailored to both your palette and your wallet.

In addition to cooking with local ingredients– he also cooks with heart and a positive ethic: “I strive to source locally, reduce waste and minimize my impact while upholding quality food and service,” said Wilson. With a brain buzzing with culinary know-how and a backpack full of experience and worldly knowledge, he does just that, creating gourmet meal deliveries and catering small parties, crafting a personal menu catered to the client’s desires.rocky mountain cuisine
