In the latest issue of Dishing, we published the recipe for Persephone Bakery’s chocolate chocolate walnut cookie. As with every recipe we publish, we tried it ourselves in our test kitchen. Three batches later, they were almost perfect. What we learned? These cookies can be a little finicky. So we asked the husband-and-wife team of Ali and Kevin Cohane to show us exactly how the bakery makes these sweet (gluten-free!) treats. Watch for more.
