Nom Nom Doughnuts Expands

Nom Nom Doughnuts owner Melissa Mattson expanded her fleet of Airstreams over the spring and is now offering some great new additions to her doughnut company. The new Airstream is smaller than her current kitchen Airstream, both of which can be seen around the Miller Park area, and is used for special events including weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties. The new Airstream is decked out to travel, and travel it does. The Airstream can be seen and visited at special events and at Music on Main in Victor on Thursday nights.nom nom doughnuts

The traveling Airstream is decked out to be a full service option for doughnuts, coffee and ice cream. It is great for catering weddings and other special events where the host can pick from an array of different flavors and servicing options for an unlimited at least two hour event. The top three requested flavors include the triple berry cheesecake doughnut, a French toast doughnut, and the key lime pie doughnut. The newest addition to Nom Nom’s menu is a doughnut ice cream cone. The cone itself is made of doughnut with a cinnamon sugar powder (similar to churros) and filled with soft serve vanilla ice cream. Judging by this photo, I know my mouth is watering just looking at it!nom nom ice cream cone

You can now purchase doughnuts at any of the following places: Creekside Market, Cowboy Coffee, Aspens Market, Pearl Street Market, Jackson Whole Grocer, Elevated Grounds, Liquor Down South, and in the winter at the JHMR General Store. If you would like to place a custom order, all orders must be in by 4 p.m. the previous day and can be picked up at one of the previously mentioned locations or delivered between 7-9 a.m.. Mollie Flaherty

Mollie is a native Cape Codder who learned at an early age how to put a lobster to sleep, harvest cranberries, and dig for clams. After high school she followed her sense of adventure out west to the University of Wyoming where she graduated with marketing and communication degrees. She found herself making roots in Jackson, her fiance’s hometown, and using her sales skills combined with her love of anything delicious to join the Dishing sales team. She loves baking from scratch, large glasses of red wine, and hiking with her heeler, Newton. She’ll try anything, but remains a stuck up Cape Codder when it comes to seafood. If she didn’t catch it or see it come off the boat, don’t even try tempting her.
