New Season, New Menu for The Phoenix and the Dragon

It is officially soup season. And a new favorite? The shrimp noodle soup now on the new winter menu at The Phoenix and the Dragon inside Jackson Whole Grocer. Loaded with fresh herbs and rice noodles, the creamy coconut broth soup makes the perfect meal.

The Asian hotspot has a whole new menu that — in addition to the house specialties such as the shrimp soup — allows diners to build their own bowl. Choose a protein (chicken, tofu, shrimp or veggies), sauce (ginger scallion or Sichuan chili sesame) and base (rice or rice noodles). Make it spicy, with the option to add an egg. Even better, you can get it to go and take it home for lunch or dinner.

But, if you are a lover of ramen, it may be hard to diverge from the traditional pork ramen, served with a smokey miso broth, pork belly and egg noodles. Perfect to warm you up on a fall or winter day. Serving from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m., they are open every day except Sundays. This menu will stay in place until spring.
