New Italian Menu for Butter in Victor

It was a life-changing trip to Italy that motivated Amelia and Marcos Hatchard to make Italian food a passion and business. The trip to Tuscany was complete with a cooking class and they left the country with a greater love for pasta and the idea for Butter Italian. They even worked on securing a space in Victor all the way from across the globe.

While still ensuring that their other business, Streetfood at the Stagecoach was thriving, the team quickly made plans to introduce a breakfast and lunch cafe that opened in Victor last summer. While it included a variety of Italian-influenced items, the menu was still more general and had some Mexican flare as a nod to Marcos’ heritage and their other business. During last winter, the Hatchards started experimenting with offering ethic dinners at Butter certain nights of the week while Marcos perfected his pasta-making skills and cultivated a menu.

The new Italian menu launched last Thursday and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. The brunch menu offers plenty of variety including cannoli pancakes and frittata alongside some of the favorites that have been popular this last year like al pastor hash and fish tacos.

At dinner, the Italian shines with dishes like pecorino flan, a Mexican pasta with poblano and corn cream and a cheddar-stuffed meatball burger, Amelia is particularly excited about. All the pasta is hand-rolled and made fresh daily.
