New Dishes at Piste

One of the best things about winter is that you are able to work up an appetite for lunch via skiing. And one of our favorite spots to dine on the mountain at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to is Piste. This winter’s menu does not disappoint.

Whether you want to snack on upscale, shared bites such as biscuits with benne seed butter, or warm pretzel bites and dip, or if you are looking for a fuller meal, Piste has plenty of options.

From gourmet grilled cheeses to an interesting take on a French dip, you can be as healthy or as indulgent as you like. The seasonal salads are satisfying if you want something that won’t weigh you down when you get back on the slopes.

And even though Couloir is closed, don’t forget that the bar upstairs, now called Rendezvous Bar, is open every day if you want a drink with a view of the slopes. In addition to lunch at Piste, dinner is available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, too. There are drink and food specials offered from 5:30 to 8 p.m. those nights so plan a trip up the gondola for your next evening out!
